Why Rafin? Rafin Personal Training takes an individual approach to training by incorporating a variety of methods including; strength and conditioning; cardio vascular training; flexibility; Pilates; with Eastern Philosophies of Yoga and meditation.

How Rafin Works? Rafin Personal Training recognises the benefits of all training methods and is sensitive to the individual needs of their clients. Rafin utilises Kinesiology to determine the most effective program for clients to access their goals, and is able to design individual programs to reflect this approach.

Our Training? Within our training programs we include: Boxing; weights; resistance; cycling; circuit; Pilates; yoga; paddling; swimming; functional exercises with a variety of equipment including, fitballs, BOSU balls, bands, ropes, slings, and other pieces of torture....just kidding!!

Who We Work With? Rafin Training currently trains individuals, corporate groups, school groups and is able to develop programs for a variety of clients.
